Seal

What the tradition holds

Read as curiosity and as the pull between two elements, land and water, in the selkie stories of Scotland and Ireland.

Where that reading came from

Seals haul out to rest and watch people from the water with obvious curiosity, which is where the half human stories come from.

Seals watch swimmers. Being looked at by one is a real encounter and worth a note of its own.

inCommon reads your astrology, Human Design and numerology together, with tarot, the Book of Changes, a dream journal and a private record of your own. Free to begin.
