Animal symbolism
Otter
What the tradition holds
Read as play as a serious activity, and as trusting that there is enough.
Where that reading came from
Otters play, use tools, and hold hands while sleeping so they do not drift apart. Very little of the symbolism here is an exaggeration.
Otters are shy and location bound. Noticing one usually means you were still and quiet for long enough, which is itself the reading.
inCommon reads your astrology, Human Design and numerology together, with tarot, the Book of Changes, a dream journal and a private record of your own. Free to begin.
