Whale

The collective unconscious at scale, and being swallowed by it: the night sea journey in which a person is taken down, held, and put back on a shore that is not the one they left.

Where the reading comes from

Jonah and the Polynesian and Inuit swallowing stories share a structure Jung called the night sea journey, and it is the same shape as the hero in the belly of the beast.

Were you in the water with it, or in it? And what did the scale of it do to you.
